Cutting Process
Cutting Process
Our state-of-the-art machinery is at the heart of the glass-cutting process. Under the guidance of a skilled technician, these precision tools can score glass with precision. The secret lies in our cutting-edge diamond blades, which glide across the glass with minimal resistance, ensuring an impeccably clean and precise cut every time.
Once scored, the glass gently snaps along the score lines, producing neatly separated panels without any rough edges. This automation not only increases our efficiency but also maintains the highest safety standards, protecting our artisans as they craft your products.
Edging Process
Edging Process
Our advanced glass edge grinding machines are equipped with high-quality diamond grinding wheels to carefully carve the edges of the glass panels after they are cut to the desired size. Depending on the design specifications of the project, we use a range of edging techniques such as pencil edging for a rounded, smooth surface or flat edging for a more modern, sharp look. The glass panels move seamlessly along the conveyor belt, where they are formed, polished, and finally inspected for any inconsistencies.
This process not only enhances the aesthetics of your windows and doors but also eliminates the risk of accidental injuries from sharp edges.
Cleaning Process
Cleaning Process
Utilizing state-of-the-art glass cleaning machines, we embark on a thorough cleaning journey to remove every particle of dust, residue, and smudge from the glass surface.
As the glass panels pass through the machine, they are subjected to a series of high-pressure water jets and air knives. These high-precision tools are designed to reach every corner, ensuring streak-free and flawless finishes. What makes our process stand out is that water temperature and pressure are carefully calibrated and optimized to achieve the highest level of cleanliness without leaving any water spots or residue.
Tempering Process
Tempering Process
Our glass’s journey begins in a tempering furnace, where it is heated to temperatures above 600°C, just below its melting point. This intense heat is evenly distributed across the glass, preparing it for its transformation. The real magic happens during the quenching phase, where the hot glass is blasted with powerful blasts of cold air. This rapid cooling process locks the glass in a highly stressed state, significantly increasing its strength.
The result is a glass panel that is four to five times stronger than untreated glass and meets the highest safety standards. When struck, tempered glass shatters into small, granular fragments rather than sharp, jagged fragments, greatly reducing the risk of injury.
Gluing Process(Laminated glass)
Gluing Process(Laminated glass)
A strongly bonded interlayer between two pieces of original ultra-clear glass is at the heart of the strength and soundproofing qualities of our laminated glass.
To bond this whole piece, our machines dispense a specially formulated glue that serves as the backbone of the lamination process.
Our state-of-the-art equipment takes center stage, finely applying the adhesive with precision and care. Utilizing advanced technology, our dispensers move along the edges of the glass, dispensing the perfect stream of glue to bond the sheets and laminates together.
Vacuum Process (Insulating glass)
Vacuum Process (Insulating glass)
The creation process of our Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), commonly known as double glazing, begins with two high-quality sheets of glass that have been carefully selected and precisely cut.
When the glass panels fit together harmoniously in parallel, the dry air space is firmly sealed between them.
The glass edges are infused with a high-grade sealant, guaranteeing durability and a perfect seal against moisture and air ingress.
Lamination Process
Lamination Process
Panel presses fuse two or more glass panels into a single seamless unit. Panel presses apply precise, controlled pressure along the entire glass assembly. This even pressure is crucial to ensure that the bond formed between the glass panes is not only strong but also flawless, providing an airtight seal and enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation.
Central to the process is the application of a specialized adhesive interlayer, chosen for its exceptional bonding quality and transparency. The panel press ensures that these adhesives are evenly distributed, eliminating any air bubbles or inconsistencies, resulting in a bond that is virtually invisible to the naked eye.
Autoclave Process
Autoclave Process
An autoclave is a revolutionary vessel that uses a combination of high pressure and temperature to seal glass into a single, unified sheet. The glass plate and the strongly bonded sandwich are fed into the machine, and inside the autoclave, the temperature rises, the pressure rises, and the adhesive melts, and flows between the glasses, filling every micro-gap, and when it is under pressure When solidified under the influence of heat, it transforms into a transparent, strong laminate, making the glass and interlayer integral.
After being autoclaved, each glass panel becomes stronger and safer than before. They offer impeccable transparency, toughness, sound insulation, and UV protection.
